And you thought YOU were girly...These are a pair of flip flops I made recently for a mom whose main stiplulation was that they be a. bright (she used the word "neon",though that was a tough commodity with the stock I have on hand...), and b. ridiculous, which you can clearly see I achieved without difficulty. The thing about making flip flops (which, by the way, I'm doing a LOT lately...) is that you can totally release your inhibitions and go a little nuts- the foofier the better! It's like making tutus for feet! Love it!
Yet another example- this a matching mom/daughter set...
... and it's an excuse for MOMs to get foofy too! 98% of the flops I've made thus far are for adults! (And the majority are for the Fourth of July! Fun! But watch that tulle with fireworks- yikes!)
